Rakesh Kumar Jha is a Senior Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience in the digital and analytics industry. He is currently working with HCL Technologies as a Sr. Solution Architect, where he manages end-to-end presales activities for digital and analytics practice. He is responsible for CoE activities, multi-million mobility and UI proposals, technical solutions, architecture, and GTM strategy. Prior to HCL, Rakesh worked with Nous Infosystems as a Global Practice Head for Mobility and UI. He managed overall global mobility and UI projects, technical solutions, and architecture. He also managed application development, business intelligence, and business analysis teams. Rakesh spearheaded innovative new solutions/IP offerings that generated an additional $1M in revenue. Rakesh has also worked with Nous Infosystems as a Practice Head for Mobility and UI CoC. He managed a 5M digital transformation account and took care of the entire mobility and UI practice CoC. He focused on new business and end-to-end technical and architectural solutions for mobile and UI, along with managing a mobility and UI engineering team of over 150+. Rakesh is a well-versed and competent Tech lead with hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, MEAN, Data Science (ML, R, and Python), AWS, Azure management, and mobile design and development. He has good leadership, business, and communication skills. Rakesh holds multiple degrees, including an eMDP in Data Analytics from IIM, an MBA in Project Management from NIMS, an MCA from IGNOU, an M.Tech. from KSOU, and a WCC in Computer Science from NIIT. He also completed a Data Analytics degree from IIM and an RPA - Automation Anywhere degree from Udacity.
